Workshops


For clients wishing to undertake an independent job search, we offer a series of short focused job search workshops. Each workshop is 2.5 hours each and offered every week.

Workshops include:

Resume Workshop


Wednesdays, 9:30 am to 12:30 pm

Designed  for clients who need assistance in learning how to develop a professional resume.
 


Interview Preparation Workshop


Wednesdays, 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm

Designed for clients who may need to brush up their interviewing skills. These clients may have an interview set up with an employer and need coaching and interview practice.

 


Internet Job Search and Email Orientation Module


Thursdays, 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm

Designed to introduce the Internet as a job search tool. Clients will have access to a multitude of job search tools and websites for easy access to industry specific jobs, training and labor market information.
