Computer Classes


Our Classes

Our computer classes are small with no more than 7 students and are well equipped. Our instructors provide students with individual attention, and a friendly and motivating learning environment. We encourage our students to cooperate with one another and create a team atmosphere. A computer lab is available just for our computer classes, so students can practice their skills at their convenience.

Our flexible class schedules allow you to continue working, yet acquire computer skills.

 

BASIC

Ideal for beginners. Hands on training –small group, one computer for each student. Students will learn the basic operation of computers, internet & email.

ADVANCE MS WORD

Ideal for clients who want to become proficient in MS Word.
Duration: 9 hrs Cost: $ 90.00 [Tues – Thurs (1-4 pm)]


ADVANCE EXCEL

Ideal for clients required to work on Excel, Accounting packages.
Duration: 15 hrs Cost: $ 150.00


A+ EXAM PREP COURSE

Help clients prepare for CompTIA A+ certification to work as certified A+ Technician.
Duration: 50 hrs Cost: $ 500.00


Simply Accounting

Learn about Payroll, Account Receivable, Account Payable, Inventory, Banking Transaction & Updation of Linked Accounts.
Duration: 20 hrs Cost: $ 250.00 Classes Evening (5:30 to 7:30 pm) for 10 days or on two Weekends


Food Safe


Ideal for clients who want to learn the safety measures for handling food.
Duration: 6hrs Cost: $ 75.00 [1 day training]



Retail Sales/Customer Service Training


Clients will acquire necessary skills to function as a part of a retail team, to consistently meet and exceed their customers’ expectations through superior and friendly customer skills.
Duration: 6 hrs Cost: $ 100.00 [Mon & Tues (1:30 to 4:30 pm)]



Cashier Training


What do cashiers do?

Cashiers handle customer's payments in retail stores, restaurants, theaters, and offices. Their exact duties depend on the business that employs them but they usually scan or type the price of items into a computer that calculates a total. They will then collect payment for goods and services, make change and hand out receipts. At the end of a shift, cashiers must balance the amount of money they have taken in with the total sales recorded.
This course will familiarize students with basic math concepts and demonstrate proper techniques when using an electronic adding machine. Students will learn the fundamentals of product sales and a point of sales transaction. This course is provided in English, Punjabi, Hindu and Urdu.

First Aid

Clients will gain the knowledge, confidence and skills to deal with emergency situations and provide first aid.
Duration: 8 hrs Cost: $ 75 Sat (9:00 am to 5:00 pm)



Building Service Worker Training


Clients will acquire hands-on experience with cleaning equipment.
Duration: 3 Weeks Cost: $ 400.00/month [Mon - Fri (with flexible times)]

 


Sewing Classes


Our 12 week sewing program, which is exclusively for women, allows women to learn the art of cutting and tailoring. A trained and well qualified instructor who has over 30 years of experience, will guide students to master the art of sewing.
