Listen live and pledge your support to PICS’ Harmony House. You can help immigrant women and children flee abuse and rebuild their lives.

OFFICIAL OPENING OF HARMONY HOUSE

On January 20th from 2 - 4pm please join us at the official opening of Harmony House.

Harmony House is a supportive cooperative house where abused and abandoned immigrant women and their children who have been impacted by abuse in intimate relationships, and have passed through the initial crisis stage, may stay between 6 - 18 months.

Please join us at Unit 205, 12725 - 80th Avenue, Surrey BC.

Punjabi Self Help Support Groups

PICS and the Mood Disorder Association of British Columbia (www.mdabc.net) offer the community free self-help groups for people with mood disorders. These support groups meet at our One Stop Learning Centre. Women are welcome to attend on Tuesdays, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm; and men on Wednesdays from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

 

PICS Toastmasters Meeting

PICS Toastmasters meets weekly on Thursday night, from 7:30 - 9 pm at our head office. Please contact Barry Goodwin if you are interested in attending @ 604 596 7525, or drop in at 7:30 to check out what Toastmasters is all about.
